Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately.

• Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of purchase for unused and undamaged items with their original packaging.
  
  
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued once the returned product is inspected and approved. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  
  
• Exceptions: Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
